Hi Ecom OPS (“the App”) is the internal operations application of Hi Ecom (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the App handles and how.

Who the App is for

Hi Ecom OPS is a private business application for Hi Ecom’s team and its authorized clients. Access requires an account that we provide. The App is not intended for general public use.

Information we collect

The App provides access to our operations platform. In the course of normal use it handles:

  • Account information you use to sign in (such as your name and email address).
  • Content you create in the platform, such as messages, tasks, projects, files, recordings, and comments.
  • Basic technical information needed to operate the service, such as device and log data.
  • If you enable notifications, a device push token used to deliver notifications to your device.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising.

How we use information

We use the information solely to provide and operate the platform: to authenticate you, deliver messages and notifications, store your work, and keep the service secure and functioning.

How information is stored and shared

Your information is stored on our secured servers. It is accessible only to authorized members of your organization according to their permissions within the platform. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required to operate the service (for example, our hosting provider) or as required by law.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, we use Apple’s Push Notification service to deliver them. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

Camera and microphone

The App may request camera and microphone access for calls and screen/video recordings. These are used only for those features, only when you choose to use them.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact us at the address below.

Children

The App is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
